Remote won't change volume - only tv remote will

Hi This got lost in another thread on a similar issue. I recently got a new UPC box installed - the one on the top right of these 4 - http://www.upc.ie/customersupport/manuals/ The box/remote in the main room works okay, but on our 2nd box the remote won't change the sound, only the tv remote works that. Any suggestions...?

Hi

This got lost in another thread on a similar issue.

The box/remote in the main room works okay, but on our 2nd box the remote won't change the sound, only the tv remote works that.

Any suggestions...?
