    Hello,

Has anyone switched from pay monthly to speakeasy prepay with O2 before?

I am just wondering what I need to do.

Can I phone up or go to a store?

If I go to a store what information do I need to bring?

    Thanks.

Thanks. I just made the changes to my Title and Question :)

I am past my 12 month period so I'll just ring them up.

    Cheers.

Quickest way is to go instore because they can give you a new prepay SIM there and then rather than waiting for it to be posted out when you ring up (with O2 you need a different SIM for billpay and prepay unlike most networks).

Can you keep our billpay number?
