Park at the Oak Park arch. Start from the arch, back towards town, left up Dr Cullen Rd, straight out the Dublin road, turn left at Ballyvergal Hse B&B, next left at the crossroad with take you back to the start. Its slightly over 5miles and its relatively flat.
