Hello, I have Philips TV with Picture In Picture (PIP), the only way the PIP will work is by connecting a HDMI cable to it from a HDMI device. Now my question is I have a security camera with RCA leads and I want to watch the camera in the PIP while watching TV, I see on ebay that I can buy a HDMI to RCA Cable, will this…
