hey I'm looking to start a new diet as im looking to get down to under 10% bodyfat. I'm have my workout sorted and I just to make sure I'm eating the right stuff too.

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, small bit of sugar
Lunch: Tin of Salmon,4 slices of bread and a pint of milk
Dinner: Whatever my mam cooks! homemade dinner(usually) meat, potato, veg.
Snack: Cup of tea/coffee, bowl of cereal/bag of popcorn.
Oh and plenty of water throughout the day.
And chicken wings and half portion of chips from pizzahut once or twice a week.

My diet is pretty routine to start with, I just want to know if I can achieve my goal eating these foods?

You will need to post your workout to im afraid ... it will be very very hard to get to under 10% with your diet. It's not that great for your goal tbh.

    What are your stats?

This would also be better suited to the fitness forum where you would get advise with both training and diet in mind.

    Few points:
for sub 10% bf cereal and suger is not a good brekkie at all. protein such as cottage cheese and eggs are preferable. you could have a bit of porridge too.

Why so much bread? maybe swap some bread for a ryvita or 2?
Where's your fruit and veg? Snack on fruit instead of popcorn/cereal etc.
veg with your salmon and at dinner time.

have plenty of lean meats, fish, veg, good fats and try to stick to whole unprocessed foods where possible.

If you are really going for sub 10% bf you will have to make sacrifices. up the protien, up the good fats, drop the carbs and chips and pizza hut once or twice a week is far from a sacrafice that will get you to yor goal.

You don't say where you are starting from, but unless it's already close to 10%, then I don't fancy your chances.

You've got a lot of refined carbs, not that much good protein, hardly any vegetables, and too much junk food.

Open a free account with www.fitday.com and get used to weighing your food. Plug it in and see how much you are really eating. I think you might get a nasty shock. Most slices of bread are close to 90 cals each, and if you put butter on as well, you could easily double that.

Post your workout routine, and give us an idea of your lifestyle.
