Apologies if my post is in the wrong place so feel free to move, but its a sore personal issue for me!

Last Thursday week (20th aug) I was out in heelers and went down on my ankle funny which resulted in it sprained! I have a support on it that I wear every day. The majority of the swelling has gone down but it is still slightly swolen in comparision to the other ankle. The bruising is also gone. It feels very uncomfortable and sore when i walk which results in me walking alot slower than usual! It happened almost 3 weeks ago and its still Really sore. From your own experiences, how long will a sprained ankle take to fully recover? any advice? i really want to get back into my heels :( all replies are greatly appreciated
