Hi badly need help when i turn on pc it says computer is in danger infected in caps i tried restoring but no good wont allow me in tried usin net no good wont allow me into any proggramme someone please help me as the shops are a rip off!!

Think i already said i dont have the net cant get into it i have wireless usb connected to motherboard now it doesnt seem to work so no net now what?

If you have a USB stick, external hard drive or other way to transfer files and a computer you do have net access to (which you seem to have), could you download them to that and copy them across that way?

Ok so how do i system restore without starting windows tried safe mode used task manager pressed rstui etc... said the file is not recognised is there any other way i can restore it to factory settings?
