I'm sure there will be a civil case for damages. Not overly surprising if there was no intent, I have been run into myself and know others who have been similarly and there were no criminal proceedings.

Really amazing. If you run a red light and knock down a pedestrian do you not get done for dangerous driving?

It's america, I'm sure a whole troop of ambulance chasing personal injury lawyers are swarming into the ER as we speak. Sue the driver, sue the local authority, sue the bike manufacturer, sue the traffic light...

I'm watching Fox news to see what hilarious spin they put on the story.

George Foreman is currently serving as some kind of political expert on Obama's healthcare policy on "Fox and friends".

As long as the release of the footage was okayed by the family then I think it can only be educational. It shows what can happen at a relatively low speed.
