Months come around really fast these days folks, sorry for the delayed stickage!

Showery here at the moment with broken cloud ...but the showers are something else, almost tropical, just walls of falling water. Thankfully they only last a few minutes.

Really heavy shower over south Dublin at the moment.

Does anyone know why there is every now and again a ring of blue around Dublin. I know there can be wi-fi interference but what's causing the ring?

Many tnks for reply but it does not affect the whole radar beam and is circular. Rules out anaprop, does it not?

    Not roost rings.

    Not nuclear blast.

That leaves one thing that I can think of and I ain't posting it here!

    Tnks though.

quickly ppl, this "temporary drought" is causing psychotic behaviour in one of our posters.

    Help him, before it spreads....!

mike65, get a glass of cool water and pour it over your head. You should feel much better then.

I have a mental picture of MT standing on a mountain top (the "Rockys'" perhaps), reaching his arms and hands upwards and saying...

    "LET THERE BE SUN"

    and there is......!

Superb beautiful day down here in Kerry for the third day in a row, excellent weather and long may it continue. I hope it is like this in Dublin for the All-Ireland as in weather like this Kerry play to the maximum of our potential.

Kerry seems to be the warmest place in the country -> 21C at Valentia while it's only 16C at Dublin Airport with the East breeze! http://www.met.ie/latest/reports.asp
