It is Ann's fault, she prefers when it's well wet.

Maybe Mary Harney is planning to get so big that she will block the sun and save us all from skin cancer so we can enjoy the other kinds of cancer instead

    Mary Harney is overweight.

Talking about this the other day and came to the conclusion the government must take the blame for this one. Cowen and Harney are blocking the sun haha.

What I find funnier is the fact that it rains for 6 days of the week, then the moment the sunshine is out, people are out watering their plants/garden.

Lanzarote had good weather last week.:D

Im kinda one of them People but not watering the garden .
Instead I go out to cut the grass. But instead of it getting cut, my lawnmower either pulls the grass up or Flattens it because its always wet.

Summer will be arriving this Friday morning, just in time for Electric Picnic:)

*please, please, please God, I don't want to get wet

Who to blame for this horrendous summer?

I'm afraid sunshine, moonlight and good times have all been ruled out.

There's nobody to blame but the boogie.

june is turning out to be only decent month

Call me naive if you want but am I the only one who thinks we've had a better "summer" than the last 2 years, in terms of having more hot weather than both of them combined?
It's been **** the last while I know and the last great weekend of fantastic weather that I can think of was in June but there was some great weeks to be had this summer. Of course it's crap you can't predict it and have time off work and all but what can you do but enjoy what you get. I for one got great use out of the BBQ this Summer.

Our best summer in years imo.

Most of May all the way to the start or mid July.

I can't remember the last summer where people were wearing shorts week after week. Usually we got a good week, 2 bad weeks, a good weekend, a bad week... At least this year it was pretty consistent.

Sure, climate change is just a conspiracy. This is completely unrelated.

It's not like we've all just chosen not to believe in it for selfish reasons....

I BBQ'd at least three days per week up until the beginning of August when I pissed off to America.

Weather should never stand in the way of charring animal flesh over an open fire. When that happens the animal rights nutsos win.

We had a pretty good summer.

A few days of rain and people forget the weeks of lovely dry and hot weather.

which year are you talking about , may 2009 was the wettest on record and in the north east where i live , far worse than august or july which were themselves the wettest on record in many parts

Yeah, the 1st of June down in Cork was unbearably hot. I went through an entire bottle of suncream in 5 hours.

It's not that bad. Dublin's generally pretty dry, not like Ireland at all.
