RUK iCard race cards

Is it me or is there some thing seriously amiss with the RUK iCards. The chances of a horse seem to be based on whether the 'tippster' likes the colour of the silks or in Lingfields case on Sept 2nd (Today), the horse with number 1 on its side is judged to be the best chance... Maybe they haven't finished it or some thing.…
