I got an email saying from 2010 onwards, the hear program will be available to people from all schools, as long as they meet the low income family requirements...

How hard is it to get accepted?

Im in a single parent family and we are on welfare, should i be accepted?

There is only one reduced points place reserved on the course im going for however:(

If a few people are going for this, would it be like a competition of who has the poorest family gets the place? Im sure points would come into it also?
