    Hi all,

    I'm curious to know if any of you have used White Collar Boxing to get fit? I know the autumn session is starting next week in the National Stadium and I am looking to get back in shape and learn some new skills too.

    I'd be looking to loose a few pounds and increase stamina so coupling the two sessions per week and some gym time I was hoping that would help get me back in shape. Has anyone any success stories?
