Gardai close Avoca-Rathdrum road

    The gardai closed the section of road from Rathdrum to the right turn towards Aughrim yesterday. Anyone know what happened? It can be a lethal stretch of road.. just hope it wasnt another bad accident!

    I was told in work tha some lad crashed off his motorbike there. They had just been into us too for lunch and all that.
