    It's 3 working days from you accept your offer.

    you can register in UCD afaik at your orientation? (open to correction)

    The only consolation I can offer you is that even people who registered for out-of-programme electives at the very first possible opportunity will be in the same position where popular electives are over-subscribed. Places will be allocated randomly - so it could be you.:p
