Smackdown taking a hit... (spoiler ish)

So it looks like SmackDown is taking a bit of a hit in the roster department. Edge injured, Rey suspended and Jeff gone. Do you think they might do a bit of a re-shuffle and move someone over from Raw or ECW?

I'm guessing Rey's suspension will be over by the time the European tour kicks in and although the Undertaker is back, they seem to be short of really popular faces.

What does everyone else think? It's a bit of a shame as Edge and Jeff were two of the ones I wanted to see at the Smackdown show in the O2 and now neither will be there.

    Edge was a heel.

Jeff and Rey are losses on the face side. But I think Undertaker and Matt Hardy returning off set those problems to a certain degree.

The Undertaker is an easy swap for Jeff as he is a comparable attraction.

Rey is a short term loss from a storyline point of view. Who are they taking out of a feud to put with dolph?

The only face that smackdown could do with getting is Evan Bourne. He should of moved to smackdown in the draft to begin with.

He's dying so quickly on Raw it isn't even funny. To think he was actually a star on ECW (where he was protected).

He was always gonna get lost in the mix on RAW to be honest. Terrible decision to put him there, Smackdown was the obvious choice, or I'd have been happy out to even leave him on ECW for another while.

Yeah I imagine Michael Hayes and Vince are a little worried right now. Jeff was the shows biggest draw and he is a huge loss.

Edge and Rey will be missed. Losing Edge and Jeff would be the equivalent of Raw losing Cena and Orton.

I would love to see Christian on the show soon, gauging by his crowd reactions on ECW and PPV’S I think the fans would accept him as a main eventer. Michaels on the show would be beautiful but he won’t leave Raw.

Cena would be an other option as he is the company’s biggest draw but I suspect Vince will want him on Raw. I dread to see how dominant Hunter would be on the show if Cena left as well.

I actually can't think of anybody in recent times that has advanced his (or her) role in the company long-term after being moved to Raw.

Edge even though he was heel was getting great crowd reaction - Jeff is a big loss he was most over guy even more than Taker

Rey even though gone for a month is still a huge loss

I'd love to see Christian on SD

I'd hope Evan Bourne goes back to ECW and gets a title shot and run there
