How to keep up to date on Team Rosters?

Is there anywhere i can look at the breakdown of all new aquisitions for NFL teams? Im a Jags fan and i know about our draft picks, Torry Holt coming in and recently taking Ernest Wilford back from the Dolphins. But i would like to see a list of all aquisitions to see if i missed any.
