Disney Cinemagic HD not subscribed

    Hi all, long time reader first time poster. Was wondering if anyone else with the HD box and sky movies subscription was recieving Disney Cinemagic HD. Its listed as a channel on the EPG but says I'm not subscribed even though I have the max pack with all the sky channels and recieing the SD version of Disney Cinemagic. Should i be reciving it or is it due to launch on UPC shortly. Any information greatly appreciated:)

    Well the magic of this forum never ceases to amaze me. Its nearly as good to post on this forum as it is to call customer service. Thats after comming through now on my own tv. Wow hoo 1 more HD channel :D

    Agree 100% with you on this. I've found a few of the regular contributors here to have been more than helpful on a number of occasions, going out of their way to look into things for you etc. So to those of you who shall remain nameless, (You know who you are) thanks for taking the time to do complete strangers a favour and sort out someone else's problems. It is very much appreciated.
