    okay have looked on studentfinance etc and have an idea but bit confused still.

    have applied for 2 plc courses, interviews are next week.

    i am a single parent, receiving reduced opfa as am working but that will be changing once (hopefully if get a place) i work a 3 day week so claim job seekers benefit for the other days, i have a medical card.

    have downloaded the grant forms and will be doing that today but am worried as have bills to be paid and just wondering how i can afford all.

    by the way the job is gone anyway just havent been told yet but pretty obvious that company is gone!

    The uni should have a full list of grants in their office, go through each one in detail to see if you would qualify. Even if it's a stretch apply, if no one applies for a grant it goes unused so, if you kinda fit the bill they may be apt to give it to someone.
