    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this? we moved into our house 3 years ago. The first year things were not too bad but over the last 2 years the garden has become seriously flooded. It has been under a constant 4 inches of water since July. I suspect the problem has arisen as the neighbours behind have completly decked over their gardens and so it literlly flows into ours. THe problem has become too much for us to handle and I suspect we need professional help- God knows how mch that will cost!
Any thoughts or tips would be great!
    Thanks!
