circuit training with machines is ****e. everyone has different shaped bodies/bone structure, with machines your stuck in the one groove/range of motion.

unless u cant stand to be around men you should find somewhere with actual weights. they will be more effective for fitness

Hi I was a curves and its not that great it doesnt really built up your fitness were as going to a normal gym would. Also its more expensive than more gyms. Theirs a membership fee of 120 (thats when i was their) . The gym fee on top. That can be a 3 months contract or a 12month contract! Works out at 44 a month! You cant pay a year at once most be monthly(through bank) which is also very annoyin if u take out a year contract and stop going the money will keep coming out until year is up!!So try the 3 Months 1ST. Personally i would advise going to a gym, getting them to draw you a gym plan that what i ended up doing.. And you see far more results! Good luck
