How much pints would you have to drink to put on a stone???

Impossible question to answer, want to be doing 5 or 6 miles every morning and training everynight anyway sparring is the best way to get used to rounds anyway its a different type of fitness.

    About 288 pints of guiness
    337 pints of bud
    445 pints of bud light
    or
    233 pints of bulmers
