Mackie Mixer problem

Hi,

Just sent my new compressor back to Thomann today and low and behold now my Mackie VLZ1604 is gone on the blink, looks like a problem with the master output, barely a signal coming out of it, induvidual channels working fine, have it under a year, should i just send it back to Thomann? Thanks for any help.

If it's under a year old it's still under guarantee - so yes back to Mr.T

The master fader got a slight knock 3 months ago and is slightly bent, would i still be covered?

Unlikely .

They will probably argue that this is the source of subsequent faults (which , of course may be the case)

Best cover all this in a phone call beforehand.
