Buses to DKIT

I've a few questions about the buses to the college (bus eireann and matthews coach). Firstly, why is the matthews coach so popular when its costs a lot more than BE (Ten journey ticket 30e versus 50e)? (from Drogheda)

Secondly, does anyone get the BE service from Dunleer to DKIT. Their website suggests that you must change buses in Castlebellingham but it has been suggested to me elsewhere that this is not the case. Any information or insight is greatly appreciated.

You don't have to change buses when you're travelling from Dunleer to Dundalk, be sure to ask the bus depot in Dundalk about the new service from Drogheda to Dundalk via Dunleer.
