    One statement you often hear people saying is " I don't know who I am anymore", do they not realise they are always the same person, they don't go around jumping into other people's bodies. It's pure insanity.

    What you just said is a stupid statement. :rolleyes:
    People's mentality can change and therefore they're not the same person that they used to be. There's more to people than just a physical body.

    Your mentality can change but you are still the same person, how can they not know who there are. Maybe they don't know who they are pretending to be anymore, maybe that's what they mean.
