Can anybody recommend a thermometer for a dog?
Has to be a rectal thermometer.
This may be a silly question, ie, one may be as good as the next.
Is a glass one the best way to go?

I already have an electronic one that you stick into the ear to get the reading but its a little awkward when he's ill to try this as his ear canals are really narrow.

I've just used a normal human one, then put it back in the box and marked it in HUGE letters that it is only for dog use:D

    Thank you very much.

Good idea about marking it - Wouldn't be very nice to stick it in yer gob after that would it!:p
