    The mods like to kill off any potential boards.ie memes before they spread.
    Apparently you can be banned for making a "yore ma" comment on AH or for starting a toilet tread.

    Yore Ma was a plague. That **** went on for years. As long as I've been around. Probably longer. Every other thread's first reply was somebody making a yore-ma quip. Suffice to say, the new ban on it has proven very, very cleansing.

    Atari Jaguar is an innocuous poll option that replaces "Abstain" or "I dont give a ****"

    People got sick of the memes when every thread had about 9 or 10 yore ma posts on the first page. Memes are grand but not when they manage to piss off everyone on the forum because people don't know how to use them in moderation.
