Theres a guy outside Ballinasloe, Creagh area I think, who has a lot of old machines that would be worthwhile restoring. I think his name is Brady. He had a few machines in Farm and Plant a few weeks ago could be in the latest one as well. fergusons, farmalll cub, fords

I have a 35 and a 35x. The 35x is fully restored and the 35 is rough. Had a guy come into the yard about a month ago and offer me €4k for the rough 35. There is still a lot of demand for vintage.

I have a 13x 5ft 6ft cattle trailer that needs new axles/springs/hubs. The box is perfect. I can't find anyone who'll repair it so I'm going to sell it and use the neighbour's trailor for the foreseeable future.

    I'd agree with that..
There are a lot of folks trying to offload vintage stuff at the moment and prices are well back... Not knowing what was needed to the 35 but€4K plus restoration sounds steep...

Na, the grandfather bought it new. I couldn't sell it. To me machines like that are for keeping, not for making money on.
