If you think that you are going to cum due to excitement, maybe make yourself cum just before you go out to meet her. this should help you last longer,

OP, I think getting one out beforehand will help with your plight. And as someone else said, start messing around again a few minutes after the first time if it happens too early, you'll probably have the opposite problem then

I don't think it really matters that much mate, she'll hardly be measuring how much you ejaculate. Beside, most young males are more than capable of storing enough sperm to ejaculate at least a few times a day. Focus on more important things, like making it good for both you and her!

Whilst I'm not given to black and white statements, I feel I can say with certainty that no woman notices or gives a damn about the amount of sperm a man produces.
