hanley gave me a link recently enough ill post the pm here
    http://www.dynamic-eleiko.com/products/shoesFR.html

He Said: "I have the 04 Adistars (the silver ones above) and love them to bits. Have them since like Jan 2007 and they're still going strong!! cost over €200 at the time, but a great investment. If you get a pair just look after em and don't wear them on concrete and they should last for years."

i personally remember hearing that you should get a half a size smaller than what you normally wear, to keep them snug on your feet

www.pullum-sports.co.uk are good, we generally recommend them to people.

For adidas, your dress shoe size or half a size bigger generally rocks.

    Thanks Colm,

Are those Do-win shoes any use does anyone know?

The sizes in the adidas arent much use unless you want to spend 150 quid.

Will has the Do-Wins are doesn't rate them. Most of the lads have the Ironworks III and rate them very highly.

I'd pick the Adistars or Ironwork III's over the Do-Wins. I've tried both and prefer the Adidas. But I like a low heel so I guess it depends!

    Thanks lads,

I was wondering why they were so cheap, i assume you pay for quality with this kind of thing.

I found another site that seems to have more sizes, just for reference if anyone else is looking.

    www.sugarrays.co.uk.

Didn't think the Ironworks were that expensive, I know I only paid about 100 euro for mine, think Stephen in our gym was the same. You've always got to consider that in the grand scheme of your training costs that 100 euro isn't that much for an item that will probably never need to be replaced. The Ironworks III look pimp too.

Try Holdall Sports UK. That's where I got mine. They're a bit painful to deal with over email but on the phone they're quite nice. They were cheaper than Pullum at the time that I bought mine.

i meant that pullum only seem to carry the adistars in a range of sizes, and theyre the most expensive.

Im going to order a pair of ironworks off that sigarrays site next week.

Not neccessarily like. There's been A LOT of huge lifts put up in Do-Wins!! At the end of the day tho, it's personal preference. The Do-Wins have a slightly higher heel, and they're a bit wider fitting too.

I think i would prefer a higher heel, i assumed they were cheaper because it was a shop brand or something. my mistake.
