    WANTED... Friend for long cycles in woods and mountains. I enjoy long, not to slow, rides with friend. Descretion and fitness gains assured. Male of Female not important...willing to try new routes is. PM me with photos and personal details.

    OP. Just turn up for the local club rides on Sunday mornings. The Carrick and Clonmel lads all meet up and do what is basically the Sean Kelly 100km every weekend. Drop in to Worldwidecycles up there, Barry and Ray will sort you out.

    keep on eye out on the clonmel cc website and the local papers as i believe they are going to start doing sundays spins commencing in early september. they hope to recruit a few of the numerous leisure cyclists to the club and it is hoped to be able to have a few groups of varying ability on the road at weekends. will be joining up myself when fingers are fully healed.
