    Hey all,

This is my first time applying for a grant. I'm going into 2nd year so paid my own fees last year. I have already sent off my application with all the forms and stuff including results from last year.
Got a phone call from the grants people looking for proof that I'm continuing into second year of my course. Now I thought the college just considered me as a student who has completed first year and it's not til I re-register on my first week of lectures that I'm considered a second year. The grant person said that a receipt of payment of reg fees for 2nd year (with 2nd year clearly marked on it) wouldn't suffice and if I couldn't get a letter from the college to confirm I was going into 2nd year til I start back, my application would be delayed til at least then! :( STRESS!
Anyone know if the college (Trinity College) will give me a letter saying that I'm going into second year at this stage? Really don't want my application delayed. Planning on calling in tomorrow to sweet talk the office ppl into writing something for me! :D
    Thanks.
