BOI student USA & Canada free flight vouchers

Offer was with a student travel loan at the start of last year. Anybody here go to the US or Canada using there voucher? Mine came today and I am planning on going in March with or without the free flights. Just wondering if anybody had any experiences using the vouchers when booking and what the process was like for you?
