Anybody see the great man today in the park on their run, that is if you could see past the other 1000 cyclists. Great stuff i'd say.

I crossed the road just before they powered up Wellington Road...good decision I'd have been stranded if I'd not crossed when I did. Was going to take part myself but didn't actually realise it was on tonight.

It was an interesting bit of cross training allright. I asked him about his sub 3 marathon. He said he found it pretty tough on the body and said that 20 miles is only half way (dum dum dummm). Also gave my evening run a miss, think I'll allow myself that one.

Be pretty cool meeting him out for a run all the same. Fair play to him for running the marathon. I wonder what time he could do with serious training.

I was speaking to him during the cycle, not the easiest thing to negotiate with 499 other punters on your wheel. All a bit surreal but sure what else would you be up to of a Tuesday evening ?

Really pissed off I missed it. Had the bike in the boot and all. Ended up doing 800s in Alssa. Was in Blanch at 430 and all.
Thing is what do you say to the guy!? "come here often Lance"

I'm kicking myself that I missed it. Left work too late and had a problem with my wheels. To much running lately, not enough cycling. There are some half decent clips on the cycling page. Actually, don't look, it'll annoy you if you missed it.

    RQ,
Leeds are looking well just now for a win against Watford. Nice one!
