Sign on for Supplementary allowance?

3 friends and I have just submitted forms to register a company, we won't be making any money for at least a few months.

My friends were/are on JobSeekers for the last few weeks and were told changing over to Supplementary Allowance wouldn't be a problem but I am just finishing up some unpaid work at the end of this month, I haven't had a job since before college started (4 years ago) and have never been on state benefits how do I go about signing on for this?

I assume I print and fill this form and bring it with me, I have a letter from my college stating I am finished.
I am waiting on my landlord to give me a letter stating where I live.
I have my driving licence with me and an age card. Anything else? Should I wait until I have the residence confirmation letter before going into the office
