    I'll be there - I know a few of the guys competing and one of the girls so I'll have my biggest pom-poms with me as a show of support :D

    Tickets are €27.50 iirc and you can get them from Nutrition Connection on Capel St.

    Coolio,it should be a good show,it seems to be getting better year by year,i will be wearing a suit jacket with inflatable arm bands on below lol :D

    Last years NABBA was my first bodybuilding show ever and I really enjoyed it.I know a few guys who are competing this year, so I'll be there to support them for the hard work they put in.Judging by the looks of some participants it should be be a good show

    a guy i know is competing in this, but i just can't bring myself to watch men in thongs minceing about the stage, they have the Chippendales for that.
