    I have a budget of about 700

I will mainly use this tv for the X360 and PS3 but it will at some stage or another be moved out of my room and used for tv.

These two stand out for me, the second I deem a little bit pricey. But with Full HD, decent contrast ratio etc I think they're both good for my gaming needs, but if anyone else can find an alternative equally good at a cheaper price, it would be much appreciated.

Post over on the Richersounds.ie forum (in commercial interaction), Ash from the Philips shop in town is on there and should give you move advice and possibly a good deal

    I concur:)

Ash promises to beat any Komplett price so you should be able to get them fro less than that. I believe at the moment the boardsie price for the 42pfl7404 is 800€, not so sure about the 42pfl5604. Have a look at their forum

Kompletts delivery cost, if you're not from Dublin, is a joke anyway. 105€ for one of those 42"philips!
