IMac HELP !!!!!

Anybody know any one that fixs macs my iMac when I turn it on I am getting a white screen with a ? Mark cannot do anything at all with it I tryed to turn it off and back on still no joy I hear a clicking come from the back screen it would be great it somebody knows some that fixes macs cheers Wayne

Hard drive is most likely gone.

Have you got the install disc?
