I'm unclear on the documents i need to attach with the form.

    I dont work, do i need a p60?
I live with parents, do i also need to attach P21/P60 for them?
Do i need a birth cert as well as a passport?
Do I need to get a passport copy stamped by a garda?
I need proof of exam results for the past two years, but i get my results online, is it ok to print the page from the computer or write them out on the 'notes' section?

Much thanks if anyone can answer these questions!

Only if you worked during the means-tested period (i.e., 2008).

Yes. You must provide all their income details including documentation.

I think a passport is only necessary as evidence of nationality if you were born outside the state. Otherwise an Irish birth cert should be enough.

I'm not too sure tbh. I'd imagine a detailed print-out would be okay, but some local authorities might be picky about this. I'd recommend ringing/emailing them to confirm.

Would you need to send it if you were employed during that time but not actually working?

Is this in relation to your earlier post? As long as you didn't earn anything during 2008, then I'd just leave it and enter n/a. I mean if they check it out with Revenue they'll see you didn't earn anything and that's all that should matter. As far as you are concerned that employment was terminated in 2007.
