Sorry got to ask. Why are "tornado balls" an unbelievable core workout tool?

As for "Strength and Conditioning Ireland", I've never heard of them or the guy and I'm involved in Strength and Conditioning in Ireland. There are a lot of Kettlebell instructors going around masquerading as S&C coaches. Not implying he's one of them, just stating that it should be buyer beware.

Anyway, free kettlebell and only €75 euro? Seems like good value.

    Roper,

Check out " paul chek tornado ball" on YOUTUBE, used this tool in Canada, either using one or two hands and completely blitzed me .... have,nt seen them in Ireland until now.

If you don,t want to buy a TB, you can use a medicine ball in some strong netting ....
    Chris,

Number is on website, in delivery / payment.

Just an update on this course .....

The course started at midday, and ended at three thirty, it focussed on covering techniques, and structuring workouts around techniques covered

Other participants on course were from Krav Maga, BJJ, and Sambo, 6 men and 2 women in total.

We were handed a manual at the start of the course that covered techniques, and sample workouts that were covered in class.

From my perspective, it was a very good intro to Kettlebells and enough to allow people to start using kettlebells as part of their health regimen.

The gym was good it was hosted in, like pinnacle / RAW, anyone around Christchurch, James hospital area should drop in, weights, ring , bags , KBs etc .....

Hmmm, interesting. You can make tornado balls fairly easily though. you need some duct tape, a basketball, some sand and an old pair of jeans.

Edit: what sort of quals does the instructor have? Is this GS stuff or what?
