Depends on the program you're talking about. Some come with their own uninstaller, ie Start=>Program Files=>(The particular program you want to uninstalls group=>uninstall), others have uninstallers available online (Google the programs you want to remove with the word uninstall). Some just can't be uninstalled easily. Is there a specific program you're trying to remove? Or if it's a windows component, and not some piece of bloatware, as above.

Why would you want to uninstall those? Those aren't clutter and if you're trying to make room or make your computer run faster that's really not the way to go about it. Just delete the games manually they aren't registered as being installed. Just the files and the start menu.

I would strongly advice you to leave those all alone. You can remove them from the start menu if it's a brand new install by right clicking and removing (the most common programs menu on the left)
