Any bus service between Dublin and Brittas Bay? The daughter wants to vistit one of her pals who is on holidays there and I'm fed up being her private chauffeur.

Can't seem to find anything on Bus Eireann site except a morning and evening service to Gorey which I presume stops at Jack Whites. Is there anything better?

Route 2 to Rosslare Harbour serves Jack Whites Cross and operates every hour through the day.

It's as close as you'll get by bus but still quite a walk from Jack's to the Beach area, bear that in mind if she going down late, unlit narrow roads to be walking on.

Agreed, the road connecting the N11 to brittas bay isnt a good walking road as it lacks footpaths and it has a few dips and corners where visibility isnt that great.

Might be better to get the 133 to Wicklow town and then get a local taxi/hackney to brittas bay,
