Driving test waiting period

    Curiously, what is the current driver test waiting period?

    My prov ends in december, i dont know how to drive, should i apply now?

    It depends on the test centre, but the average is usually from 8-14 weeks.

    Whether you book it or not is up to you and your instructor - will you be ready when the test date comes?

    well.....i cant really afford not to have my full license, so if thats not an incentive to practice hard......

    my was quite quick for a 15 week waiting list in Naas

    booked on the 19th 07 2009

    and the test is the 15th 09 2009 :p:p:p

    It says its 10wks in Dundalk on the website but the woman who gave me my date told its 14wks.
