I'd like to be there but I'll need every cent I can save over the next few weeks.

Appreciate the advice:), simply can't afford it though!:( The singles tournament is not until the Saturday so the doubles on the Friday should help me settle in.

Joe Kelly won the Shay O'Brien Memorial at the White House today.
He defeated Jimmy Leahy 6-1 in the final.
In the semi-finals Joe defeated Shane O'Connor 5-4 while Jimmy had a similar win over Paul Ryan.

The Youths' competition was won by John McKenna Jr who defeated John Seagrave in the final.

God i played awful in that tournament, my own fault for the lack of practice

good standard of players though right across the board, Gerry Healey .vs. Shane o Connor had everyone riveted
