    Im looking to do my first Marathon in Dublin but I have been injured for the last 3 weeks Ive done some running but no long runs, Im looking for advice in whats the best way to get back into training and should I increase the milage quicker now Ive missed some time any help would be appriciated.

    If you increase the mileage quickly thats the best route back to injury.
    What weekly mileage had you gotten up to?
