Student grant form question

Bit of a stupid question with regards to the student grant application form,but if both parents are self employed, do you have to fill out section 1(income from employment) aswell as section 4(income from self employment)?

No you'd only fill out the self employed section, I just wrote self employed in the first square and maked a line through the rest. Hope this helps.
