hi i am in a bad need of help. last year my uncle died in a house fire and left me the house in his will. the solicitor over the whole thing is not worth a toss. my father was the executor of the will and he had to find the house on the land registry himself because she couldn't. now the problem is the house is not registered in my uncles name but in my grandfathers name. my father is going to Dublin to the land registry offices next week to see if he can sort it out. can anyone out there please help me. i don't know what to do or where to start.

    thank you

that sounds quite complex, something you shouldn't be seeking advice for over the internet.

you need to get yourself a DECENT solicitor who can at least perform rudimentary tasks such as searching the land registry and more.
