    Hi There

A flat hard tummy is made 90% in the kitchen and 10% in the gym.

Post up your average daily food intake in as much detail as possible, warts and all. Include everything that passes your lips on a daily basis.

Then some of the more knowledgeable folks on here can advise as to whether you are sabotaging yourself and your goals with your diet.

    Best Regards,

    M

You can't get rid of a belly by sit-ups or crunches. You'll just end up with a layer of fat on a really strong tummy muscle. You have to reduce all bodyfat to get rid of the belly, so a clean diet (cut out all the white carbs), full body workouts with weights and cardio.

It's good to have a strong core, but it won't work on its own.
