Green 'decaffineated' Tea??

    Okay I was in tesco yesterday, and I was buying some green tea.

    So I bought 'pure green tea' as it sounds lovely and strong.

    Then I noticed 'decaffineated' Green Tea - and this got me thinking ...

    Isn't green tea decaf anyway?? I have always thought that it was? The ingredients of my pure green tea is just 100% green tea leaves, so nothing has been added, but is there caffeine in the tea itself?? If so, how much??

    The 'decaf' green tea was 20c a box dearer, I know not going to break the bank, but just wondering if its just a gimmick or what??

    Green tea does contain caffiene also, but it is about half of what is contained in regular tea. I say about as it will vary from brand to brand amoung both types of tea.
