    Hi Guys,

Recently gave up the junk eating, smoking and drinking and threw myself into cardio - Ive been hammering the running and the bike for around 6 weeks now and feel absolutely fantastic.

What I want to do now to take my fitness to the next level is learn some MMA/BJJ/MT.

I don't want to be a fighter or anything like that - I just want to be able to do something I'm interesting in to keep fit rather than just running or hitting the exercise bike all the time.

Only thing is I work 12-10 4 days per week, with different days off every week and cant make any classes that are say . . every tues and thurs for example due to this.

Does anyone know if there are any places in Dublin that I can arrange to make it into two or three times a week to train without hitting specific schedules.

I do get my shifts a month in advance so hopefully I can fit in a lot of training if possible.

    Apologies,

I live in leopardstown(Dublin 18) so anything surrounding or on the green LUAS line would be preferable - failing that City Centre.

Looks to be a wrestling/grappling only club.

I really want to do some Muay Thai also.

For Muay Thai it's Bridgestone in the city centre. Chupasart is on the red line. Warriors is out in Bray.

Warriors is on the Dublin Road in Bray, behind coach inn. Coach is Mike Dockery.
